Bounties
Every kind of knockout, valued properly.
- Progressive (PKO) Half of each knocked-out bounty pays in cash and half moves onto your own head. Enter the total bounty on each player’s head.
- Fixed (KO) The whole bounty pays in cash. Enter one Bounty Per Player.

Mystery Bounty
A knockout is valued at the mean of the envelopes still unopened, typed as value times count, such as
5000x2 500x40. - Carry Fair carry uses the model’s own valuation. Total T$ counts it at full face, and Disbursed P$ counts only the cash paid now.
- Chips per $ Under Chip EV, set how many chips one bounty dollar buys: 10,000 chips for $100 is 100.
- Bounty phase Mystery Bounty has a Bounty phase reached gate, so knockouts add nothing before the bounty phase begins.
Tournament EV
Solve for the payouts, not the chips.
- Chip EV, ICM or Future Game Payouts, players left, stacks and future game all feed the algorithm, so a double-up is valued in real money.
- Final table and multi-table A final table takes the other stacks directly. A multi-table event takes players left and the field’s stacks, on the bubble or in the money.
- Payout structures Pick a preset, build one from field size and percent paid, or paste your own ladder.
- Bubble factors and risk premiums For every pair of seats, so you can see who can’t afford to call.
- Every game Hold’em, Short Deck, PLO, PLO5 and PLO6 tournaments.

What is a PKO?
A progressive knockout tournament. Knocking a player out pays half their bounty in cash and adds the other half to your own bounty.
Does HydraSolver combine PKO with ICM?
Yes. The bounty value composes with whichever value model is active: Chip EV, ICM or Future Game.
How are Mystery Bounties valued?
At the mean of the envelopes still unopened. Type them as value times count, such as 5000x2 500x40.
Can I add rake or a side game?
No. Tournament Mode cannot combine with rake or side games. Turning either on clears the other.
Does it run on Mac or Linux?
No. HydraSolver is a Windows desktop app: Windows 11 or Server 2022 and newer, 64-bit. You can rent a Windows server from us and connect by Remote Desktop, or study in the browser with HydraViewer.
What does it cost?
