Short version: we collect only what we need to answer you and deliver what you bought. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your email address and message so we can reply.

When you buy a license or an HDS Shop pack, we use the email you give at checkout to send the order and download links.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Bitcoin payments go through our Bitcoin payment flow and on-chain processors. We do not store your full card number.

Watermarking

Purchased solves are watermarked to the order so a file can be tied back to the purchase that issued it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Payment processors see what they need to take the payment; otherwise your contact details stay with us for support and delivery.
